The Rabanne Invictus Victory Absolu Gift Set contains a 50ml and a 10ml Eau de Parfum, a bold ambery woody fragrance launched in 2025 combining Black Pepper, Amber, Sandalwood, Frankincense, and Patchouli for a powerful, long-lasting masculine signature.

Invictus Victory Absolu sits at the darker, more intense end of the Invictus collection. Where the original EDT opens with fresh aquatic Grapefruit and Marine Accord, the Victory Absolu opens with a sharp, bracing burst of Black Pepper that immediately establishes a bolder, more spiced character. It feels confident and deliberately masculine from the first spritz. As the pepper fades, a rich Amber and Ambergris accord takes over the heart, creating the warm, resinous, skin-close quality that defines the Victory chapter of the Invictus line.

Santalol, the key aroma chemical in Sandalwood, gives the base a smooth, creamy, almost milky woody quality that smooths the edges of the warmer top and heart notes. Juniperus Virginiana Eastern Red Cedar oil adds a dry, slightly pencil-shaving cedar note alongside the sandalwood depth, and Pogostemon Cablin Patchouli Oil rounds the base out with its characteristic earthy, slightly dark woody quality. Citrus Limon Peel Oil contributes a fleeting citrus brightness in the opening before the amber takes hold. Coumarin and Vanillin add a soft, tonka-adjacent sweetness to the base that prevents the fragrance from feeling entirely dry or austere. Created by perfumers Anne Flipo and Caroline Dumur, it has outstanding longevity and projection, well suited to evening, autumn, and winter wear.
